Terms of Service
1. General provisions
These terms govern the relationship between Vít Lupínek, Company ID: 07347286 (the "Provider") and the customer (the "Customer") when furniture assembly services are provided.
2. Scope of services
The Provider offers furniture assembly services including:
Services do not include kitchen units, built-in wardrobes, custom modifications, delivery of furniture into the apartment or carrying furniture upstairs.
- Assembly of furniture from IKEA, JYSK, Möbelix and similar brands
- Disassembly of existing furniture
- Reassembly of furniture at a new location
- Assembly in Prague and nearby areas
3. Prices and payment
- All listed prices are estimates
- The exact price is confirmed after agreement with the Provider
- Payment is made in cash or by QR payment on site after completion
- Travel within Prague is free for jobs above CZK 2,000, otherwise a surcharge applies
4. Booking and confirmation
Orders can be made through the website form, via text messages or by phone. The Provider confirms the assembly date within 24 hours at the latest.
5. Working hours
Assembly is typically provided during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 - 18:00
- Saturday: by agreement
6. Cancellation and changes
- Orders may be cancelled no later than 24 hours before the agreed appointment
- Cancellations after that period may be charged at 50% of the agreed price
- Changes to the appointment are possible by agreement with the Provider
7. Provider liability
The Provider is responsible for safe and proper assembly according to the manufacturer's instructions. The Provider is not liable for:
- Errors in the manufacturer's instructions
- Damage to furniture that existed before assembly
- Damage caused during transport
- Incorrect or missing parts supplied by the customer
- Damage to walls, floors or other property during assembly if the customer did not disclose relevant conditions in advance
8. Customer obligations
- Provide all furniture parts and assembly instructions
- Ensure access to the place of assembly
- Inform the Provider about any specific conditions such as narrow doors or stairs
- Pay the agreed price on time
9. Complaints
Complaints regarding the quality of assembly may be made within 7 days after completion. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to info@rychlamontaz.cz or by phone.
10. Personal data protection
The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic
- Any disputes will first be resolved by agreement, otherwise by the competent court
- The Provider reserves the right to change these terms with 14 days' notice
